So I bought a system about a month ago. The Battlefield war rush pre build system in particular. Just today my sound has completely stopped working. In device manager under my sound devices there's two High definition audio devices. One of which is giving me the code 10 error (device could not start). I've tried to update the drivers through the windows update. Which didn't solve the problem. Then I tried uninstalling them and rebooting. To update them again. Which also didn't work. Im not sure if I was right to. But I also tried uninstalling then updating manually by downloading the motherboard audio drivers. This also didn't work and gave me an error about not detecting the device during installation. Im running out of options and have no idea what to do. Any of you guys know what else might work? Or is it possible that a wire has come loose in the system?
