'No Sound Device' problem.

1 of the PC's is being a bit of a nightmare!

Basically the audio has all gone, all i got is 'No Audio Device' - now i have installed/reinstalled drivers numerous times.

Mobo is a 965P-DS3 using the onboard sound.

Any ideas?

Have you installed the driver that came with the motherboard?
Or are you using some sound software that may interfere with it?

Useing the drivers that the Gigabyte website says i should use... ie the ones they give me to download.

i had trouble also with the on board sound on an asus board and the graphics card sounds were interfering , do a free scan driver agent see what it says
