No sound in any Source game !!!!

Guys I am a little miffed here .

I currently have no sound in any source game , once the server has loaded , lobby sounds are fine .

I have updated all i can , XFI Drivers, Open AL everything, All other games are fine UT4 Engine , BF2 and BFBC2 Starcraft ect .

I am using TS3 , any ideas ?

Windows 7 64 Bit 4 GB of Ram I5

using the creative drivers from the EU website? ( i am too

Whats the sound set to in the source games ? eax or miles 2d if that is the option.. ill check later
