No sound in Firefox

My firefox updated the other day to the newest version and since then I have lost all sound when playing flash games and videos.
I have tried uninstalling and going back to the old version and reinstalling the flash player plugin but still not getting any sound.

If I use IE it works fine.

Anyone know what's gone wrong.
