No sound in XP using Parallels on MacBook

I've installed Parallels and XP on my MacBook, everything seems to be working fine other than there is no sound.

I've gone into the control panel in XP and the sound options are greyed out, there are no drivers listed. I've done the usual update driver via Windows Update but no luck.

What should I look at doing next...? Do I need to find an XP version of the Mac drivers or something?

Have you installed the Bootcamp drives from the Snow Leopard DVD?

I haven't no - i'm using Parallels, are they still needed? Can't remember using them before when i've installed this in the past, just Parallels Tools and everything has been ok.
