No sound on youtube

Hi all,

My mate has an issue with no sound on you tube. Its happening in IE and firefox. Google.vid is ok, he's reinstalled flash. Installed klite codec pack. Cleared all temp files and cache.
And yes he has the volume turned up.

Any suggestions?

This maybe a little stupid

Make sure he has the sound up and not muted

lol yeah that was the first thing I said, but he deffinatly has it turned up.

A workaround rather than a solution to your current problem, but, try it in a different browser. If ok, go back to IE8 full.
