No sound over HDMI :(

My PC is currently connected to a monitor over DVI and a TV over HDMI. The TV is 'screen one'. I am trying to get sound over the HDMI cable, but in windows the sound Playback devices provides two HDMI options both of which are 'not plugged in'. The other sound options are Speakers and Realtek Digital Audio neither of which are plugged in.

It's a NVidia GPU.

Any idea how to get the sound to work?
