No tracking number

I know the forum is not for support, but maybe some other client can make a useful suggestion. I made an order on Saturday morning. Both items has 10+ in stock. I got the order confirmation email but yesterday when I didn't have tHe order dispatched email I checked on the website and it said the order was completed.

Assuming that meant it has been dispatched, I sent a webnote asking whether this email could be resent or at least they could let me know what the DHL tracking number is. I haven't got a reply to that today. How long do they usually take to reply?

The reason I want that tracking number badly is my local couriers and customs are a bit slow and will potentially waste two or three days unless I call the courier as soon as the parcel arrives and tell them I will do the customs clearing myself, which takes about an hour. But no tracking number = waiting :/
