No video! Help please

Hello!

Machine A stops sending video to the monitor, so I take the video card out, and pop it into another machine (B) to test it. It didn't work. So I take the card out of B and reconnect the monitor to the machine's on board graphics, but after using it to test Machine A's graphics card, it's also no longer sending video. How do I get machine B working again?
