no video out after system restore

strange one that i've never come across.

have a pc that i did a system restore on as it was having issues booting into Win 10

so set it on system restore and went home left it running in the office.
came in today its off. so fired it up and no video output. (no bios screen)

moved the hdmi over to the onboard graphics port reboot still nothing.

cleared cmos nothing.

any thoughts?

Maybe that original booting issue was caused by starting hardware failure.
What components does it have?

all sorted now it seems

completely strange one,

went through the usual troubleshooting, down to one stick of ram and testing components in another rig. changed the ram out and it booted fine.

tried the original ram back in and it booted up fine again ?????

so its up and running again exactly as it was before as it nothing ever happened, so decided to go for a cheeky little overclock for the sake of it,

4670k 8 gig of 1600mhz ddr3 and a 280x
basic office pc just so happens it will do a bit of light work gaming
