Hi everyone.

I've been running the below spec for the past 9 months.

Graphics: MSI GeForce GTX 670 OC edition 2048MB
CPU: Intel i7-3770K
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77
RAM: Kingston HyperX Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Primary Monitor: Dell U2312HM
Secondary Monitor: Dell U2312HM
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
PSU: 650W Seasonic G-650

Everything has been working fine up until Wednesday when i turned the PC on and at POST was met with a black square covering the splash screen. Following that my monitor stated "no signal" even though i could hear the system booting up and see the GPU fan spinning. rebooted countless times, and now all i get is the POST splash screen then "NO SIGNAL". I'm unable to select any boot options as the monitor detects no signal soon after POST. The only way i can get to use the PC is by removing the GPU altogether and using the on board graphics. There have been 2 random occasions when I was able to get into safe mode with the GPU installed. On these two occasions the card was visible in device manager.

Here is a list of the troubleshooting i've tried:

- I rebooted countless times, changing the output cables 3 times (DVI, HDMI).
- Changed monitors
- Updated motherboard BIOS
- Restored Windows
- Uninstalled all NVIDIA dirver
- Clean installed 331.65 driver
- Clean installed older NVIDIA driver
- Replaced RAM one by one
- Moved GPU to x8 PCI-E slot

I have not made any new installs of video drivers within the past week or so. I didn't flash the mobo BIOS until after all the problems occurred and i had tried all other solutions. There is no way for me to test the GPU in another machine.

I believe that it is definitely the GPU that needs to be RMA'd, but i just wish to check with the community that i haven't overlooked anything.

Thanks for reading.
