Hi I tried calling and receiving calls with a few people and in all cases I can’t get video on my iphone 14 pro running 16.1, any help on what to try ?

Support got it fixed and just in case anyone searches for the same problem mine was solved by switching FaceTime off then powering off iPhone then powering back on and then switch FaceTime back on
