No Warranty for me?

Howzit guys,

I'm trying to get a warranty repair on my Xbox 360. It was bought in 2006 and I check on Microsoft's website that the warranty runs out end of this year. The console now has RROD ( Red lights)

I went to service.xbox.com and registered there however it doesn't give me an option to create a new warranty repair..

Are us South Africans not covered by Microsoft's 3 year RROD warranty?

it doesn't show on xbox.com. any machine over a year old will say out of warranty, but yours will be covered if you have 3 reds.

best thing is to give MS a call. They'll sort it

That's the thing. What numbe do I call hee in South Afica?

I can phone toll fee numbes, but not numbes oveseas that chage as my line doesnt support that.

Any ideas?

I dont think online registration and repair is available in South Africa.
