No way did this happen !?!

Saw something similar on aircraft investigation where the pilot got sucket oput of the cockpit and clung to the top of the plane for the whole flight

i bet he'd have got a bad case of chilblains if they had squirted hot water on him!

anyone remember digging in snow for ages then getting a hot bath. It killed!

I find it hard to believe, maybe if he was in the undercarriage, but I can't see someone surviving lack of oxygen and the exposure as well.

Jokester

Why did the plane fly for 2 more hours with someone on the wing? I know it's Russia, but there should have at least been some sort of ex-coldwar runway available... Was there really no-where to land for that long?

I don't think anyone actually looked out the window...

Or like Jokester said, he might be hiding in the undercarriage... perhaps near where the baggages are?

How was it the pilot of that BA flight survived again? Did he not just get really lucky with the angle of his head allowing him to breath a little, I cannot believe this story is true. Holding on to the wing himself at high speeds and freezing temperatures? No way!

Are they actually saying on the actual wing as in on top of it not in some conpartment kind of thing?

No way anyone would be able to survive a 2 hours long trip on a top of a plane. The Altitude would pretty much kill you and then theirs the freezing part, you would not have the strenght to hold on.

I think there is some missing info here, no way he would be able cling on to the wing all the way, in the bare open. He must have been at the very least, shielded by something.
