I have Win 7 ultimate, full up to date, genuine, verified etc. and I've never had that little windows icon down the bottom right of the taskbar that explains about Windows 10 and how to reserve it. I have every single update except Silverlight which is some taint word processor and is optional, windows updates are turned on etc.

Nothing, anyone have any ideas?

Alright, so I installed it to USB etc and on the setup it says 'this product key is not valid, please check and try again' yet its genuine Windows 7 Ultimate from OcUK, am I just one of the people who can't get 10 yet or is this a really big Microsoft cock up? And yes I checked it 10+ times and it was entered properly.

ran the setup from within windows? Did you download the right version? You should not need a product key because it should be run from within windows :)

Checked it several times from within Windows and got the same, I'm guessing that you need to go through the reservation thing that is supposed to pop up in order to get your key onto their upgrade servers or something.

I've tried everything on Google to try and force the reservation program and nothing! :(

Just grab one of the ISO's that is already made from the FAQ and use Rufus to put it on a USB :)
