At my mates house yesterday when he switched his laptop on, it couldn't detect his wireless network. My laptop picks it up straight away but his for some reason fails to detect it.

After an hour or so of messing, I got it to go by disabling the builtin Wireless card, reboot and enable it again. It worked fine untill restarting the computer and it couldn't find any wireless networks.

I tried the procedure I used beforehand to get it working but it doesn't work now.

I've disabled/enabled, unistalled and reinstalled the driver, entered the network details in manually but it still can't pick the network up. The fact I got it to work once kind of shows the card is ok but I don't know.

It's a real pain in the backside and I don't know what else to do.
