No Wireless Setup option in vista

I have opened Network and Sharing Center - Connect to a network but there is no option to connect to the internet with wireless. The screen look slike this

it should look like this

whats your system specs? is the wireless card (PCI/USB/Laptop) installed properly?

Well, Its actually my friends, but pc is a hp pavillion system, he just put vista x64 on it. As far as i know he only installed a SOund, Mobo, and Graphics card driver.

then go to network devices and see if it's installed

is it network adapters. or something else, is it in device manager,

Install the drivers for it, or use windows update.
