so I shuld hopefully already have the wires I need powering my current card?
What "wires" were you hoping for? If you were hoping for power connectors, then no - you don't need any. If you were expecting HDMI cable, no you would get any with a card like this. Don't think it would provide component either as it has a HDMI output.
