hi
I have a noble chair. it's done really well for the last 3 or so years as a full time WFH chair over lockdown. the main part is still in good shape but this morning one of the legs on the base snapped.

is it possible.to buy just the base part? it seems attached just by some Alan key screws.

in the mean time am gonna see if any old knackered chairs at work may have compatible base.
the attach image button seems to be greyed out

so here is a link

thanks

Just a quick update and a thank you to @Sparx for suggesting i try my luck on a replacement part, as well as to overclockers who have gone above and beyond by sending me out a replacement base for my chair, despite being a bit out of warranty.

hopefully

hopefully my back will be saved by the weekend :D

edit and the new part has arrived.... great service.

Hi Mike, can I ask what was wrong with your base? I can see the leg has snapped but curious what issues you’ve had with your base and did it cost you anything to replace? Also which model did you have?
My Hero base has started falling apart but is just out of warranty. Slightly disappointing if I’m honest.

Thanks in advance.
the leg snapping was the issue.

other than that I can't knock it. looking at the base compared to say my work office chair there is less bracing to strengthen it but I guess if I get another 4 years out of it I will be happy.

I didn't pay anything for the new part.
