Noble chairs one month comfort guarantee

Does anyone know the details of this? There's a link on the noble chair product descriptions for the details but it just takes you back to the product list.

Sorry for asking directly but seeing as you're already on the case seems the most logical person to ask.

I'm looking at the hero leather chair and the broken link is still on the website. Does this mean the 1 month comfort guarantee is still active and the web team just haven't had a chance to fix it?

This was the reply to my web note last week.

Hi Tom,

I've looked into this for you and this is an error that our digital team are working to fix. The comfort guarantee is still in place, this gives you 1 month from the time of delivery to test the chair. If the chair is not satisfactory, simply pack the chair back into the original packaging and then get in touch with our returns team and they will arrange for collection of the product so the order can be refunded
