Noble Epic arm height different

Hi all,

Noticed last night that the right arm on my noble epic is a little(about 1 cm) higher then the left . Anyone else's chair the same?

I have made sure both are at their full height.

Hey Danny, I've not heard of this before, feel free to send me a private message on here and I can see if we have a spare part for you to fix the problem.
