Noble Hero question?

I'm looking to purchase a Hero chair in PU black to replace my collapsing DX-Racer King. The images and video of the Hero show that it comes with detachable headrest and lumbar support cushion. However on the website when I click to buy it is offering me a cushion set.

So the question is...do you get the headrest and lumbar support cushion included with the chair or do you have to buy the cushion set as an addition?

Depends on the model you're looking at I believe all HERO should come with cushions bar the Special Editions (DOOM, Fallout, etc.) & the HERO ST. There is the Memory Foam Pillow Set that doesn't come as standard.

Mine came with a headrest and cushion (not memory foam, those can be bought separately). The chair has built in lumbar support so I found that I don't need the cushion or the headrest.

while this thread is here, how padded at the arm rests? my friend has a dx gaming chair and the arm rests are solid. bloody horrible imo.

The arms are firm with slight padding but I don’t mind them.
