Noblechair Hero Edition wobbly arm rests

I made this post to see if this was a common problem with the chair or if my particular chair was damage during transport. After getting into contact With OC uk it turns out it isn't a common problem and have offered to send out replacements.

This isn't a common problem? I better get in tough then. I just assumed that's how they were.

Well the replacement arms actually arrived today, after replacing them I've noticed they are definitely not as loose as the first set that came with the chair (They were really wobbly in all directions). There is still abit of movement with the new arms but i'd imagine that's because of the function to move it in so many directions.

Reviving an old thread, got my Hero yesterday and I too was wondering if the armrests are supposed to have a bit of movement. Mine have a bit of wobble but I assume that’s normal?

A little bit of movement is normal, they are quite adjustable and that leads to a little movement in the default position.
