did anyone else buy one of the noble chair pillow sets and wonder why the lumbar pillow doesn't come with a strap once they received it?
i brought the item after looking at the website photos and noticing the strap in the picture. i move around a lot on my chair and don't want to have to keep re-adjusting the pillow hence buying it thinking it comes with the strap.
the item arrived and guess what no strap to be found.. i contacted ocuk and they said they dont come with a strap anymore, which is quite annoying as that was the reason for the purchase; so I'm just wondering if anyone knows if there is anywhere i can buy a strap from or had a similar experience etc?
