noblechairs handles keep dropping off

anyone have this problem with a noble chair

ive got hero ST, the handles to tilt and raise/lower do not seem to connect properly and drop off if i catch them with my feet . its feels like they do but dont seem to lock on.

ive hit them very hard to push them on but no avail.

Send me a DM and I'll be able to help you. Sounds like the internals of the handle has worn so they just need replacing.
