Noblechairs HERO Real Leather Armrest Broken

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the place to post this query so apologies if so.

I bought a Noblechairs HERO Real Leather in May 2022 but a month ago the left armrest has started breaking away and is getting worse. The rubber padding to be precise.

Am I correct in thinking the warranty for this is 2 years?

If so, is this covered and am I better contacting Noblechairs or can someone at overclockers assist with this?
