Firstly, this isn't a complaint thread. I have two different Noble models, and very happy with them in general. Overall I highly recommend them to anyone.
I have just one small issue.
The plastic handles for the levers on either side that control height adjustment and tilt.... I can't get them to stay on for either of my chairs (Hero and Icon).
No matter how much I adjust them, or force I apply, they just always come loose unless I physically hold them in, which I have to make any adjustments.
Is there a simple knack to this that I'm missing, or anyone else that has this issue?
