I believe the hero is the most 'comfortable' - but honestly the series isn't really known for comfort, they are pretty firm.
If you are able to, advise trying out a few options and seeing what is right for you.
I think they're firm to start with, but would say mine is super comfortable especially for longer gaming sessions. I'd put that down to the ergonomics of the chair.I believe the hero is the most 'comfortable' - but honestly the series isn't really known for comfort, they are pretty firm.

The hero has inbuilt lumbar support, the epic has a pillow strapped around it, to support your lumbar.
I think the hero is slightly bigger.
I've copied in @fiveub - in case I've missed anything out
I've had my Epic a few years, and after having tried a Corsair one recently that a friend had - his was a lot softer/more comfortable, but it was a lot tighter if that makes sense.
Sure
Some people can find them a little less comfortable, but it promotes good posture which can take a little bit of time to get used too. They're the most comfortable chair I've used.

what chair do you have? thanks for the reply!
I have both the Hero and the Epic. Girlfriend / other friends often come to mine to game. I use the Hero, though I had the Epic for probably 1-2 years before picking up the hero.
No worries dudethanks a lot
