trying to find the difference between the hero / epic and icon but im struggling to find out much to be honest.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Looking for the one that is most comfortable.

thanks

I believe the hero is the most 'comfortable' - but honestly the series isn't really known for comfort, they are pretty firm.

If you are able to, advise trying out a few options and seeing what is right for you.

I think they're firm to start with, but would say mine is super comfortable especially for longer gaming sessions. I'd put that down to the ergonomics of the chair.

The hero has inbuilt lumbar support, the epic has a pillow strapped around it, to support your lumbar.
I think the hero is slightly bigger.

I've copied in @fiveub - in case I've missed anything out :)

I've had my Epic a few years, and after having tried a Corsair one recently that a friend had - his was a lot softer/more comfortable, but it was a lot tighter if that makes sense.

Sure :)

Some people can find them a little less comfortable, but it promotes good posture which can take a little bit of time to get used too. They're the most comfortable chair I've used.

Agreed, as for the OP, the Hero would be the one you are after from the range. You can always send it back if you are unhappy, which I doubt would be the case.

what chair do you have? thanks for the reply!

I recently picked up an Icon, I can confirm it's firm but it's still very comfortable. I can easily game for hours.
I did some research and the most I can pick up is the Hero is slightly wider and taller for bigger (and slightly wider) people. Also has the inbuilt lumbar whereas the Icon just has a loose pillow but is still really good.

Comfort isn't really dictated by how soft or firm the padding is. Soft padding can give a false sense of comfort but if the chair itself isn't supportive, it can soon become uncomfortable.

The Noblechairs Hero is by far the most comfortable chair I've owned, even though it's padding is the firmest.
