Noctua 140mm fan

I have the Noctua D14 installed and the middle fan, the 140mm is making a hell of a noise due to it vibrating, it is held in firmly but its still vibrating, if i unplug it the noise stops.

Ive youtubed some vids of it in operation and mine is way noiser then theirs!

I am clocked at 4.4Ghz on an Ivy I5k. Temps are really good but the noise is dreadful!

I am in contact with Noctua already and they have already send a replacement 140mm which did not fix the problem.

Has anyone with a Noctua D14 come across this?

what speed are you running that fan at? Have you looked at the bios

did u use the rubber strips?
