I also have a D14, great bit of kit, and Noctua's customer service is brilliant.
When i moved house, i lost the little bag called 'common parts" with the ULNA wires, paste etc....
i emailed them, and they sent it out free of charge

I know CPU-Z used to read the voltage wrong for i5s, is this still the case? Is Core Temp reading it correctly?

CPU-Z shows the vcore and core temp shows the vidd

wouldn't mind getting one of these but i cant stand the color anyone bought custom fans for this? maybe something with a bit of color like blue

also these ok with the z77 sabertooth

I opted for the Alpenfohn k2, similair cooling but cheaper. Switched the front stock fan for a same speed Alpenfohn wingboost in blue and black.

ye either of these would be fine just as long as it fits on the sabertooth, top left area of the mobo may be an issue but not sure.

Using a Cooler Master Hyper 612s with 2 Scythe Kaze Jyuni 1900rpm fans on it in push/pull and I'm seeing temps similar to your Noctua and Silver Arrow setups.
