Noctua NH-d15 or AIO 240mm

I am a little torn between the noctua Nh-d15 or a AIO 240mm for a new Ryzen build in an existing Lian-Li case. Price wise there is not much difference, and my main interest is for reasonably quiet and 24/7 usage

I am only considering a 240 as that is what there is a cut out for in the case and not planning on case modding at this time.

Any comments to sway me one way or the other? Thank you in advance for any comments and suggestions

The Noctua or an Arctic AIO are both great options. How tall is your RAM as clearance could be a problem with the Noctua:
