Noctua or Tuniq? Also S939 mounting question.

I've already fitted a backplate to my S939 board (a standard K8 backplate). I want to fit a Tuniq Tower 120 to it, or maybe a Noctua NH-U12F. I don't want to take the board out, remove the backplate and put the old retention stuff back on and refit the board, because I'm lazy.

Can I fit the TT120 to a K8 backplate?

If not, am I right in thinking that I can fit a Noctua NH-U12F straight to a K8 backplate? It looks that way, but I could be wrong.

I'm getting paranoid about the height of them both, too...can anyone confirm that either or both of these coolers will fit in an Antec SLK3000B?

I don't see why not as long as the k8 backplate has the same
threads.it's no big deal unscrewing a motherboard anyway
you will have to anyway to install a tuniq it's hard getting to the screws best to remove everything bar the heatsink i have found.
