Hi Guys

Today I have been smashing out the product setups and got the entire new ranges that Noctua have released.

For those who aren't in the know, Noctua are one of the finest brands in cooling and the quality and premium feel of their products is second only to the performance they offer.

Stock of all of the new lines is due to land Monday.

Here is a bit about the new ranges from my point of view:

The REDUX range is two shades of Grey and they look really sleek and subtle. They are designed to be an 'essentials' sort of product. Streamlined packaging and reduction of non critical accessories has brought the price down and the bonus is the change in colour. They are still a premium quality product that is supported by a generous six year warranty service.

The Industrial PPC range as the name suggests is designed to meet industrial standard demands. The materials used on the frame, blades and motor are amongst the best and most advanced used on any cooling fan available. These are not for those looking for silence. The speeds on offer are huge and the air that these things can potentially shift is ridiculous. Not to mention the ultra high quality bearings which offer huge MTBF numbers.

This entire range comes with various levels of ingress protection meaning that they are very resistant to dust and water.

The PPC range looks great for rad use, can the be used on fan controllers and how close to real life is the 10 mm h20 of the 140 3000s these could be the fans ive been waiting for

SO instead with the Redux we have drab grey. Hmm what colour did PC cases used to be in the old days...........

step back in time
:p

Interesting. The Noctua NF-F12 IndustrialPPC 2000RPM has better on paper stats than the Corsair SP120 on both Noise and Static Pressure.

Would love to see some proper reviews on these, especially for high SP radiator use.

Hurrah! I've always loved the performance of Noctua fans but hated the colour!

Are there any reviews of these out? Wondering what the industrialPPC is like when you slow it down to the same speeds as the Redux.

you would need them on a rheobus controller really

the Redux are not as cheap as I expected but still good.

nor me sadly, was hoping for sub £10 on the 120mm versions. expected the RRP to be around 15% cheaper than it was overall. :(

We are already a few points under the RRP anyway just to keep the prices for the website rounded down to the nearest .99p

So even with only 1 fan per channel the recon wouldnt be man enough? They are listed at 7w which a 10w controller should be able to handle or is there more to it than that?

Hardly an exciting colour grey... but still infinitely better looking that stale old brown/beige colour!

I appreciate Noctua go for function over form but some manufacturers achieve both! Whichever manufacturer brings out good performing orange fans first will receive a fair amount of money from me!

I was going to get the Corsair fans to put on my air 540 case and my h100 cooler but those industrial fans look the nuts!
Can anyone think of a reason why I shouldn't buy em?
