NOD32 failed to update

Just purchased a licence for NOD32, but i can't seem to get it to update. All I get is the message "Server connection failure". Anyone experience this problem before and how do i fix it?

whats server for your updates are you using? mine it set to "choose automatically" and is updating fine.
what firewall are you using ? maybe its stoping NOD32 connecting

i've managed to track down the problem now, for some reason it was set to use proxy server, unticked it and it updated straight away.
