NOD32 pop up Win32/Adware.Virtumonde found in operating memory ?

Keep getting this annoying pop-up from NOD32 and nothing seems to fix it clicking clean, delete etc

application Win32/Adware.Virtumonde found in operating memory. System memory infection originated from file C:\Windows\system32\mllmj.dll.

Any ideas what to do ??
