I've done a search and didn't find anyone else with this issue, but I'm puzzled. I'm running Vista Ultimate x86 with NOD32 (latest v3 build). Every time I tried to use Windows Update after install, I was getting several random and vague errors including something like "The Windows update site may be busy, try again later".
After a few tries I decided to disable NOD32 and voilà! Updates worked flawlessly. Even now with a fully patched SP1 system new updates (eg Defender updates) won't install unless I have NOD32 disabled. This is annoying to say the least! Has anyone else encountered this? NOD is supposed to be Vista compatible (and I've not heard anyone else moaning) so... wtf

I completely uninstalled NOD, rebooted, deleted the Eset folder, rebooted, then reinstalled NOD again to no effect. Maybe it's something in the settings?
