Protip for students out there who want a copy of Eset Smart Security/NOD32, email them and ask for the student version!

I didn't check the price for just 1x 3year copy, but I was told £40 +VAT for 2 computers, and £45+VAT for 3 computers. Thats opposed to £95 and £105 respectively on the website! (Inc vat)

They did ask for a .ac email address, though all uni students should have one of those.
So, check it out if you're eligable, its a fairly whopping saving. And there's nothing about it at all on the Eset website! [email protected]

how much is it for just the AV part?

Thanks for the tip! I've an .ac address with the OU, is that the only check they carry out? I'm only a part-time student so not sure if I'd qualify.

I believe so. They just asked if I had an .ac email address, I told them what it was, and thats it so far, they haven't emailed it or anything.
That said, I haven't finished the payment yet, waiting for my debit card to arrive.

And I don't know how much for just the AV, you'll have to email and ask.
