Just ran a scan while I went out and got back to see the results as follows:

untitled1wf0.jpg

Its found two problems... but not sure whether it has dealt with them (deleted/quarantined). Do I need to do anything more or is that it?

Its the first time NOD32 has found any problems on my PC so thats why I'm unsure.

Thanks peoples

Its in the restore folder so it will be unable to delete them.

To get rid of it you will need to turn system restore on and off again

Go into the properties for My Computer and select system restore, select turn off system restore on the drive with windows on it. Once you do that turn it back on again.

You may want to create a new restore point after doing this if you want to make sure you have a restore point later down the line.
