Nod32 using 99% cpu

Evening all,

Got a small problem with nod32krn.exe. It keeps jumping upto 90+ cpu usage, same on reboot and reinstalled? No idea what to do from here.

Any ideas?

nevermind it was a virus for some reason it took ages to give me a warning, soon as it did everything was back to normal. Strange.

Well at least I know what it was.

Upon further investigation whenever I download the movies demo (from any site) nod hits 99% cpu. if I leave the download going til 30% or so it then says its a virus? If I cancel the download nod goes back to normal. Now I'm guessing the game is fine, and doesn't have a virus. So whats going on?
