Node not showing it iCUE?

Hi,

I recently purchased a Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX that came with the commander core, i have fitted the cooler along with the commander core however the commander core is not showing within the iCUE software.

Reading around i found that running USBDeview to see if my system is actually detecting the commander core and as you can see from the attached image my system is actually detecting the commander, does anybody know why it may not be showing within the iCUE software?

Do you have the latest software and do you have any other software installed that could cause a conflict ?

Hi, the software is v. 4.13.223, i believe this is the latest software also all farmwear is the latest.

I mean apart from iCUE, GeForce Experience, Logitech Gaming Software and SeelSeries GG software i can see how any of those would interfere with the iCUE software.

Even when i open iCUE and click settings>integration>devices its showing the commander core along with the motherboard and ram.
