Is this for your room or computer case?
Assuming room foam is not very effective for low frequencies but can make a difference with mid and high frequencies. As with any product you get what you pay for so make sure it's not too cheap. I know everyone doesn't want to spend hundreds or thousands but you can get decent stuff for less than that, obviously it won't be as good as the expensive stuff
