Noise Level Of 8800 GTS?

I'll be building a new rig soon (my first attempt) and I'm trying to keep it as quiet as possible which would be a welcome change from my current rig which sounds like a hovercraft.

I've got a spec lined up and everything will be running at under 20 decibels which is where the GPU might ruin my attempt at comparitive silence. Can anyone let me know what the noise level is like from this -

Gainward BLISS GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI

or would I be better shelling out a few more bucks for this -

EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS KO ACS3 SILENT 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI

Any help is appreciated.

Just go with the Gainward. You missed the very short price-drop on the BFG model on Friday (which was in-part thanks to my whining ), but Gainward are almost as good really.

I don't really see any reason to go for the EVGA KO AC3 unless you really want that lovely warranty very badly and have the money to spend. If you do though, go for it.
