Noise Reduction...?

Can anyone please advise on methods to reduce the noise from my new build? (see sig for specs)

The Tuniq Tower is fine when at the lower end of the RPM, which it will be when I'm running Office apps and want it quiet. However, I think the case fans are fairly noisy and I'd like to reduce their noise output.

Yeah PC-7 supplied fans are not the most quiet ones

OCUK do sell fan speed reduction cables which basically reduce the voltage from 12V down to 10V, though I'm not sure how effective it is.

Otherwise there is always the option of fan speed controller which goes to the 3.5" slot, so you can control both case fan and CPU fan individually.
