Noise when focussing normal?

Could be the aperature ring adjusting?

As blastman says, turn off the IS and AF on the lens and see if it still makes any noise - I'm betting it won't

Also, all IS lenses will make some noise, it's a mechanical process after all, just some are noisier than others.

Tried that and still makes the noise. Its coming from the camera, not the lens
