noisey case cos of fans

I bought a nice new case its sleek and black and built like a tank.

It has options for 2 front 80mm fans a cpu exhaust fan 92mm and already installed 120mm case fan.

So I thinks this will be the bees knees.

Except now when I start it all up it sounds like my wifeys old hairdryer its just too damned loud. So loud infact that i've taken out all the fans again just to stop my head from buzzing.

So how can I regulate the speed of the fans so the don't sound like a dyson cleaner?

If the fans are plugged into the motherboard headers you could use speedfan to adjust the speeds. Another way is to 7v or 5v mod the fans to get them running slower
