Noisey PSU

Chaps,

Running a OCZ 1000W PSU, new unit, but its making what I can only describe as a noise akin to that of a hard drive. Its so loud it can be heard outside the case.

I currently have it with the fan down sucking air through the bottom of the case but am contemplating turning it upside down first before I try and find a differrent solution?

Any one any experience with a similar noise?

Its a ticking/grinding noise and not a whining noise?

Yeah. Exactly, sounds like a damn hard drive writing/reading!

Well try it upside down and also see if something is catching the fan inside.

If it continues and nothing is obvious then RMA it.
