I have a 2012 Gulf Spec Tiguan SE 147TSI auto
At first I noticed there was a minor vibration on the brake pedal while idle at a light and sometime on the gas pedal while driving. I could hear a faint "fuba-fuba-fuba-fuba" sound that seemed to come from the engine. Actually nothing major, just something that Ive been keeping an eye on.
Last night had to travel to Dubai and the vibrations seemed a lot worse. While travelling at 140kmph there was a noticeable vibration in the car and a sound almost sounding like the window was slightly open.
At the moment everything is shut for Eid in Abu Dhabi so would take it to the service centre - anyone had something similar - is it safe to drive?
Theres also a ticking noise from the area around the timing belt. Also a ticking to the fan when the engine is turned off.
