noisy 7600gt fan

I own an AGP point of view 7600gt card and recently the fan has become noisy.

It use to only occasionally be noisy and if I rebooted my computer it would come back on silent. But in the last few days its just become permanatly noisy.

I've had a look at it, it doesn't seen to be catching on anything and I've removed any dust.

I just wondered what do people suggest I do, will a replacement fan do the job?
Also the heat sinks feel very hot, is this normal or is it because the fans not working properly.

can you put oil in the fan ? remove the sticker in the center then the rubber closure and bung some oil in.

I took off the sticker but there was no rubber stopper to remove, it doesnt look like theres a hole to put the oil into

I had a noisy fan on my 7600GT AGP card the other week. Ended up putting a Zalman VF900 heatsing & fan on it.

Really easy to do and dropped the temps by about 6'c.

Best £20 i've spent in a while.
