Just picked up a asus eah6850 but the fan noise sounds like a hurricane at times, it doesnt sound faulty but rather loud, is this natural for this cards fan?
 
Id say the fan is only slightly noisy at full load.
I would imagine it depends on how loud your case is in general as to whether it sounds loud to you.
But personally id say its quite a quiet card i do have several case fans running as well.
Mine doesn't hit full load very often and its overclocked as far as it will possibly go. Its silent most days. Great card for its price tbh.
 
After a few tests the fan noise starts to get loud from 50% onwards getting louder with each increment. Personally i feel this gpu is way to loud so i must have a fault in mine somewhere
