Noisy Laptop

Bought a Laptop, super excited about getting it. Had a day off and everything.

BUT

Its super noisy, i knew that Laptops can be loud when gaming but not this loud. I use it while watchin TV in the living room. The girlfriend is not happy.

Can i return it for this reason? Or is there someway to make it not so noisy?

Its an Aorus 15-X9 2070 RTX.

Which fan setting in Command & Control app are you using?

In the Control Centre its greyed out with MAX to the right. If I click it the fans come on to the max, very noisy. Click it again and they go to normal and everything is quiet.

Set it to 'quiet' or 'normal'. If you cannot do this check your C&C is up to date via the updater app.
